Brandon Taylor ~Online Training and Nutrition - I am 57, weigh about 137 pounds and have never liked exercising. After some health scares I decided I better get fit if I wanted to travel and be active with my kids. I knew I couldn't do it on my own so I signed up for 10 weeks 1:1 with Jodi. She really listened to all my concerns about exercise and took into account my issues - vertigo and knee pain - and designed a workout for me. She taught me about posture during exercise, which muscles are being used, etc. But the best thing she did for me was to be encouraging and give me confidence that I could do it. I saw a big difference in my strength and balance over the 10 weeks, so I then signed up for 8 weeks of her online training program that utilizes an app. The app was easy to follow along with and had videos of most if not all the exercises in the routines she designed for me. If there was not a video, then Jodi clearly explained in detail what I was to do. Jodi helped me set up my workout area at home and called me weekly to check in and answer any questions. My 8 weeks are now over and I am happy to say I am exercising 3x/week and I have the confidence to try new exercises on my own. Jodi's support and her showing me how to do exercises that won't cause the vertigo has made all the difference.
